Our
Mission

segment one

Everything we do is done with an attention to detail and focused on the goal of making every step magical.

INTENTION

We are changing the landscape of Disney Travel & breaking down the "travel agent" stigma. We are a luxury brand bringing something fresh & new to the industry.

INNOVATION

We can both inspire our clients and seek inspiration to build the business of our dreams. When we are seeking out inspiration, we are motivated by passion to build our dreams.

INSPIRATION

Our focus at Magic mornings is authentic connection with our client and an innovative, luxury approach to the travel planning process.

Our Core Values

FIrst Things First

  • Before you do anything, you must complete the Disney College of Knowledge.

  • This training process will familiarize you with Disney Destinations, but it will not teach you how to be a travel agent. Once you graduate (after about 6 hours) you will be ready to book your first trip (with a little help, of course!)

  • When you complete the college of knowledge, you will also be able to book your first client!

Standard Practices

READ DISNEY EARMARKED GUIDELINESAccess Disney's Social media Policy
  1. You are a Travel Agent specializing in Disney Vacations — not a "Disney Travel Agent."
  2. Do not post discouraging or negative things about Disney or our partners.
  3. Stay informed and up to date on Disney information.
  4. EPCOT is always in all caps ¨̮
  5. Keep your clients' budget and needs in mind as you quote.
  6. Our services are "complimentary" instead of "free."
  7. Double check your grammar.
  8. Use ChatGPT to help make your emails, captions, and interactions more engaging and professional! (but, of course, humanize them after).
  9. Follow Disney's social media guidelines as you post!

We are our own entity, but we always strive to represent and promote our partners in the correct way.

Standard Practices AKA What NOT to Do or Say

segment three

Client Chat

Collect information from your clients to minimize back & forth

You are welcome to steer clients to our company form and have them put your name in the form, OR you can create your own form.

Benefits include:

  • control over clients
  • higher commission percentage
  • more information faster helps close the deal
  • be able to put rooms on hold for them

We love Jotform as a free option as you begin and then when you receive access to TERN, you can create your own forms there.

Your Inquiry Form

SEGMENT Four

  • Follow up! Don't be shy! People get busy!
  • Act excited! You are planning a vacation, not a funeral. Share the excitement with them, and they will feel you genuinely care.
  • Quick responses! It's important to be prompt, so they know you care, even if it's letting them know you got their email and will send a quote shortly.
  • If they don't respond, reach out again, but this time with new information that could be valuable to them!

CRafting a quote

"You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful place in the world"

- Walt Disney

  • You can hold a room for a client for up to 3 days. You can even put in a fake name just to ensure you reserve the room, and you don't lose it.
  • You cannot book multiple rooms in one purchase. Each room is a separate booking. You then call Disney to "connect" reservations.
  • You can place a $200 deposit and make payments on a Disney vacation if you book in a package. You cannot do this with a hotel or ticket only booking.
  • Good Neighbor Hotels must be booked with a 2-day ticket or through another supplier (such as Marriott).

Disneyland Resorts

Disney World Resorts Breakdown Here

Helping your clients find the perfect resort for them is one of your most important jobs! You must familiarize yourself with options at both resorts, and we are here to help!

Disney World categorizes their hotels into THREE budget points:

- Deluxe
- Moderate
- Value

Each has their own purpose, but we love to guide our clients to a few of our favorites.

Disneyland operates a little differently. There are on-property hotels and Good Neighbor Hotels. Good Neighbor Hotels can only be booked WITH 2-day or up tickets. If that isn't an option for your client, we are also partnered with Marriott, Hilton & others you can suggest.

Sales is a high-demand, low control environment, which can lead to burnout.

That’s why it’s important to use a sales process. If done properly, you will increase the chances of getting the sale, or an early no, and decrease the chance of burnout.

You never know what life event could have popped up. Maybe they got busy! Or had a death in the family. Never take it personal, and don't give up!

The most important thing is how you respond. Never say, "just following up on that quote I sent." Instead, when reaching out, come up with a value you are offering such as, "I have a great idea about your trip! or "a new promotion just popped up!"

What if Someone "Ghosts" You?

Access "Follow Up" Guide & mini-training here

Following up with potential clients is one of the most powerful tools you have, yet most advisors don’t do it consistently.

Many people don’t go silent because they’re not interested, but because they’re busy, overwhelmed, or unsure.

This guide explains why follow-up matters, common mistakes to avoid, and a simple 5-step system to help you stay on track.

Remember, you're not bothering them —
you're showing up as the expert they need.

A Sales Lesson from Mr. MMV

What is boards, and how can it help me?

  • A simple tool to organize and access information and resources.
  • You can make your own Boards for free!
  • Access our company boards for another way to get a hold of content, training information, resources, and more.
  • This mini library contains a lot of information.
  • You can use Boards as a resource with your clients as well! It has a free version and can be a useful tool!

Boards

OBSTACLE: They found a great deal at Costco
SOLUTION: Remind them of everything that comes free with your services and that Costco is a 3rd party, which makes it difficult to make adjustments or alterations to your trip plans.

OBSTACLE: Disney trips are too expensive
SOLUTION: They are an investment! We offer payment plans, you can reserve a Disney Parks visit for $200, and make payments as you go!

OBSTACLE: They ghost you
SOLUTION: Don't follow up with "just checking in." Follow up with, "I have great news about your trip" or another hook that shows them you have a solution or new idea to bring them back into the conversation.
